Since establishment of the company in 1997 NaturPan introduced many innovations and it is a leading manufacturer in Europe of wood panels at the moment.
We reached our success based on many years of experience in woodworking and panel production- a process that includes storage, drying and expert processing of wood, continued development of our products and use of the latest German technology.
Our production process has been developed for the production of solid wood panels from beech, oak, white pine ... with a capacity of 600 m3 per month and uses the latest German machines of the Weinig Group.
Driven by the consistency of our vision and product policy, with over 70 highly qualified employees, NaturPan has already won its position to be the market leader in Europe for wood panels.
The material drying process is guided and controlled by an automated computer system. This new oven drying technology is a very complex system that guarantees us the high quality of the material and protects it from any defects during the production process. The moisture content of the blanks must be optimal to avoid opening, cracks and other problems on the surface of the panel during production and afterwards.
The advantage of the OptiCut 260 is that different lengths can be cut at once through its special control program that adjusts the length of the elements.
The wedge-shaped joined (Finger Joint) of the elements allows a rational use of the wood material and the achievement of longer lamella lengths. The wedge-tooth joint technology guarantees exceptional strength and does not allow the tabletop to warp over time, and from an aesthetic point of view, the tabletop itself resembles parquet.
All our panels are manufactured on the territory of the factory, allowing us to monitor the entire production process-from tree to pre-assembled panel. Our hardwood panels stand out thanks to their robust design and elegant look. All the fronts are sorted by hand according to color and structure.
Our goal is to offer lower prices and maintain quality and reliability of products using environmentally friendly materials and manufacturing techniques.
As a result of the our safe to the environment policy all waste materials generated during the manufacturing process are processed in wood pellets. We are proud to say that “our work does not lead to a waste of timber”.
