Wedge-shaped joined panels

We offer wedge-shaped joined wooden panels of 6 types of wood - beech, oak, white pine, spruce, walnut, iroko with thicknesses varying between 16 and 40 mm, a width of 1250 mm and a length length of 4500 mm.

The wedge-shaped joining (Finger Joint) of the elements allows a rational use of the wood material and producing of lamellas with longer length. The wedge-shaped joint technology guarantees exceptional strength and does not allow the tabletop to twist over time, and from an aesthetic point of view, the tabletop itself resembles parquet.

Wedge-jointed or whole lamellas are turned into panels by the high-frequency horizontal press DIMTER Weinig ProfiPress 4500.

They are suitable for the production of furniture, stairs, kitchen counters and different work surfaces, etc. Waterproof and easy to maintain they successfully combine a modern interior solution with the advantages of natural material. Indicators such as uniformity of color of the wood and the presence of plugs and sapwood determine their quality.
